DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York Times Square West

I loved this stay! The hotel even had available rooms before the check in time!(not what i ordered but was great for me!!) I came in around 11:20am and welcomed to a great room!! Everything in check in&out want smoothly and very fast!! Also Kevin in the front desk gave me a great service!! Before I left! Room was clean and perfect! Thank you guys!!

What a fabulous stay! This was a family Christmas trip for the books! Speedy check in process, the hotel was nicely decorated for the Holidays....we loved that! The room service was quick and the food was delicious. The room was perfect for the occasion. Room service for towels and cleaning was done without having to ask. You can never go wrong with a Hilton property. We love the Doubletree and the cookies! We also loved those! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Times Square.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, and check-in/check-out was very quick. Loved the extra touch of warm cookies and water waiting for us at check-in. Our room was on the 34th floor with a stunning city view and everything was super clean. We had to call the front desk once, they answered immediately and someone came to the room in under 5 minutes and fixed the issue in like 3 minutes. Very efficient! We also had no problems with long elevator waits, which was a big plus. I'm honestly not sure why there are some negative reviews , we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone there was incredibly kind and considerate. Every person we came in contact with was friendly and always eager to help. Shout out to Charles the manager for going above and beyond for guests, and Carlos the concierge and bell hop who is the friendliest person in NY. He was always checking on us, giving us great recommendations, directions, etc. The lobby gets super busy but Carlos always found time to ask if we needed anything. One day we had an issue in the room and the staff gave us a sweet note and snacks. While I don’t love the rooms, they are typical NYC so to be expected, but I’ll come back here because this crew makes guests feel at home.

The hotel’s location was truly fantastic—perfect for walking to Times Square, Broadway for our show, and plenty of great restaurant options. Being so close to everything made our trip incredibly convenient. The room itself was okay, though it definitely showed some age. A few furnishings had scratches and light wear, which made the space feel a bit dated. The biggest issue was that the heat wasn’t working when we arrived, and with NYC at 35 degrees, the room was uncomfortably cold. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly, and the heat was fixed by the time we returned later that evening. For anyone who loves being right next to Times Square, the view from our window offered a fun snapshot of the lights and energy. Just keep in mind that the excitement never really stops—noise continues well into the night and early morning. Earplugs are definitely helpful if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, the location was the highlight, and the service team handled our issue promptly, which we appreciated.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are small, but you were paying for a prime location. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, including switching rooms when I needed a bigger bed and giving me a few perks.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were so kind. Every worker had a smile on their face at all times and were enthusiastic to help at every request.The bellmen went above and beyond to help us get our luggage to our car, we were so very grateful and felt incredibly welcomed. I mean seriously the cookies were delicious and the experience was great. Could go on and on about the lovely staff. Great time we had. Thank you workers for being so nice and working hard! Also - special shoutout to Jaden and another bellman who we didn’t catch his name (on Dec 21st at around 5:30 pm). Both of them helped us weigh our bags and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Also shoutout to Carlos he’s great.

My family and I stayed over the Christmas Holiday. The location is great. The rooms were small but clean. The staff is friendly. The only negative thing I experienced is the lack of enough elevators for the amount of people. They have 4. One would be in use for service. The other only goes straight to the roof after a certain time. Other than that it was fine.
